THE RUN (No. 1254)
"Sometimes you need to look down to see you’re going," said the hare.
Good advice if you’re trying to follow a trail. Purple Freak might have added, "Sometimes you need binoculars to spot even really big arrows," or "Sometimes you need to scramble up really steep stream beds," or "Sometimes cars drive over the ‘F’ on a false trail so it looks like, errr, something else."
Ah well … great location, quiet lanes (with a very few motorbikes towards the end), some hills, a soupçon of mud for the dog and a good turnout to enjoy the sunshine.
THE CIRCLE
The first DIO went to the hare for the size of arrow – about 1.5 m long – not being quite visible enough from atop a hill.

THE NOSH
Underground at a posh (€16 a head) taverna in Kifissia. With luck we’ll be outside in future.
So that’s what a scribe does.
