THE START

Handy portable shelter at the start helps keep the voting stand for hash of the year out of the pouring rain.

The hashers start to arrive and the voting commences. Some plastic ponchos are offered for free.

 

 

Kind offer of a covered truck for the sag wagon to keep hasher's bags dry from the pouring rain

 


The covered truck holding the bags (+ beer and snacks) in the back.

Mad Dog drove this truck to the end point while Tender Vittles laid the Eagle Trail and Parsons Nose laid the Turkey trail.

THE END

 

Two shelters were set up.

Meanwhile the temperature dropped rapidly and the walkers (who had now arrived) huddled to keep warm.

 

 

 

 

 


Beer and snacks were offered as the runners started arriving & the rain kept pouring.
